Martynas Andriuskevicius was seen as one of the brightest European prospects, but a poor 2004-05 season with Zalgiris saw his draft stock plummet.

Many thought that Andriuskevicius had decided to enter men's basketball too soon and could have developed into a better player if he had stayed longer at a lower level, making a gradual transition to professional basketball.

However, t the player chose the other option and was drafted by the Orlando Magic with the 44th pick of the 2005 NBA draft and traded to Cleveland Cavaliers instantly.

The big man ended up playing only 6 games in the NBA and was seriously injured after a fight with a team-mate.

Andriuskevicius has reconstructed his career in Spain where he is now going to play for a  fourth season.

This tall player will provide the Lithuanian team with shot blocking, rebounding and the ability to clog up the lane.
