Biography

Nemanja Bjelica is one of the most intriguing European prospects of his generation.

Despite his height, he can play small forward and even shooting guard.

He is a good shooter but also a great rebounder.

He revealed himself in the 2008-09 season with Red Star Belgrade under Svetislav Pesic and had the opportunity to make his debut with the National Team last summer at EuroBasket 2009 in Poland.

He may play a bigger role for Serbia at the 2010 FIBA World Championship.

Next season, he may join the NBA to play for the Minnesota Timberwolves, or move to Benetton Trevison in Italy.

Bjelica has a good ball handling and is very athletic.
