After several years spent in Spain playing with youth teams in minor leagues, Bogdanovic moved to Cibona Zagreb last summer.

This past season he had the opportunity to play at a high level in both the Euroleague and the Adriatic League.

He revealed himself as a key player of the Croatian powerhouse, averaging 8.1 points and 2.9 rebounds in the Euroleague, and 16.6 points and 3.3 rebounds in the Croatian League.

He helped his team reach the Top 16 and had 22 points, making 6 of 6 three-point shots, and grabbing 9 rebounds against Khimki.

At the U20 European Championship in 2009, he averaged 17.3 points and 5.6 rebounds and should have the opportunity to debut with the senior national team at the 2010 FIBA World Championship.

Bogdanovic is an all-round player who can be very dangerous from beyond the arc.

He is also a decent athlete that can help with rebounding duties.
